Configuring your firewall or ACL whitelist

Whitelist IP addresses and ports to send SIP and RTP traffic across the SIP trunk to your CCaaS, and UCaaS environments.

SIP addresses

We send SIP traffic from the following IP addresses depending on the region.

Australia [sbc-sydney.ivp.secureco.co]

  • 159.23.90.134

  • 135.90.134.46

  • 130.198.13.153

United States [sbc-us1.ivp.secureco.co]

  • 150.239.87.135

  • 150.239.214.34

  • 169.63.183.131

SIP traffic is sent over UDP and TCP from port 5060 or over TLS from port 5061

RTP addresses

We send audio traffic from the following IP addresses depending on the region.

Australia [sbc-sydney.ivp.secureco.co]

  • 135.90.143.150

  • 130.198.16.114

  • 159.23.94.34

United States [sbc-us1.ivp.secureco.co]

  • 169.63.101.42

  • 169.59.163.141

  • 150.239.225.158

RTP traffic is sent over media ports 30000 - 50000

 

Firewall Port Forwarding:

We do NOT recommend forwarding ports from your firewall to your VoIP devices. This can create security risks and is generally unnecessary.

Our network has inherent NAT traversal handling, so under normal circumstances, you don't need to forward any ports.
