Can SecureCo provide professional services or dedicated support resources for specific situations?

Learn how to request dedicated support resources for a particular period or occasion

  • If dedicated resources are required for special customer events (eg: go live support, load testing support), the service is chargeable – both during and outside business hours. ​
  • Charges are listed in the signed Service Order. You may also reach out to your SecureCo Pre-Sales / Sales contact.
  • Required resources must be booked at least 10 business days in advance. Confirmation is subject to resource availability.​
