Learn how to control what number is displayed on your phone for incoming calls using SecureCo Inbound Management Studio (SIMS)
With Display Number enabled, you can choose to display either the caller’s CLI or the number the caller dialled. This will display on your phone’s interface when the call is coming in.
Calling Line Identification (CLI) or Caller ID, is when the telephone technology displays the number where the customer is calling from.
Step 1.
Navigate to the service you wish to add voicemail and enable Display Number.
Step 2.
Select Display Type from the drop-down menu.
- Callers CLI displays the caller’s number to the agent
- Number as Dialled displays the number dialled by the caller to the agent
Step 3
Select Save Service to save your changes and make them live.
