Mitel Performance Analytics is supported as part of SecureCo's MiVoice Business Cloud Appliance Solution, with the deployment and operation of an MPA probe tested as part of the solution verification with Mitel.
Mitel Partners can deploy an MPA probe if required by installing the MPA blade on the MiVoice Business node through ServiceLink (or any other node).
Once it has successfully deployed, the Probe can be registered with the MPA Cloud in the same way as a Flex, DIY Cloud or On-Premises deployment to provide all the capabilities of MPA.
